Fungifun features the popular mini scale mushroom cultivation technique known as the PF-Tek in 15 languages. The PF-Tek was first made publicly available in 1992 by fanaticus.com. It makes the growing of mushrooms at home feasible for complete beginners utilizing commonly available materials and a spore syringe. Fungifun has a mirror of the old fanaticus.com site. The cultivation method presented here is based on the PF-tek but includes a few modifications. The PF-Tek for Simple Minds takes the guesswork off the preparation and guarantees the correct substrate composition every time.
